Description
The Santa Clara Apartments project is a nine story, 208 unit apartment building. The project, which is located in Miami Florida, is a joint venture between the developers and Miami Dade Transit. The first floor consists of a parking garage with a centrally located lobby. The 208 rentable residential units on floors two through nine will be accessed by two traction elevators and three stair wells. The structure consists primarily of concrete footings, columns and post tension slabs with non-load bearing masonry infill. The exterior finish will be stucco with aluminum glass windows and storefronts.
