Since our humble beginnings over four decades ago, we have become a benchmark in tile and tile installation in this vibrant region. Founded with a clear vision and an unwavering commitment to excellence, we have left a lasting mark on numerous projects over the years.

Our history is steeped in passion for our craft and dedication to the art of creating beautiful and functional spaces. From day one, we set out to be more than just a tile installation company; we wanted to become creators of impressive environments that would transform people's lives.

MEET THE TEAM

Melissa Gronlier - Moya

President

In 1999, Melissa Gronlier-Moya graduated from Florida International University with her B.B.A. in Business Administration. She joined J & P Tiles, Inc. in 1999 and worked within the construction division doing estimating and commercial sales. She obtained her M.B.A from the University of Miami shortly thereafter in 2001. In 2002, she became Vice President of Sales and began oversees the general operations for the company. After 15 years, in 2017 she became the Executive Vice President and focused on a new approach of the family business. Today, the company is focused on high rise condominiums, high end hotels and apartment buildings and large scaled towers. She has traveled extensively overseas and has been importing containers directly worldwide for all projects. J&P also now focus has changed and opened divisions that handle countertops, carpet/rubber, and wood flooring sectors.
